Job Summary

We would love to hear from you if you bring: Experience in organisational development, change and/or transformation within a complex or international organisation. Experience leading or supporting complex organisational change initiatives. Strong change management capability, including planning, stakeholder engagement and implementation. Experience designing and embedding organisational frameworks, including workforce planning and skills frameworks. Strong organisational diagnosis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insight into practical solutions. Strong coaching, influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work credibly with senior leaders. Excellent analytical and data-literacy skills and the ability to generate insights that support decision-making. Experience collaborating across global and cross-functional teams and working effectively in complex, fast-changing environments. Previous experience in an international NGO, a CIPD qualification or experience using psychometric tools would be advantageous but is not essential.
