1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AnzaOne ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws of the Republic of Kenya. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. User Account Responsibilities
You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Listing Guidelines
All listings must be lawful, accurate and posted in the correct category and location. You must own or have authority to sell, rent or advertise the item, property or service listed. Duplicate or misleading listings may be removed.
4. Prohibited Content
You may not post content that is fraudulent, counterfeit, stolen, obscene, hateful, or that infringes any third-party rights. Firearms, prescription drugs, illegal services and any items prohibited under Kenyan law are not permitted.
5. Payment & Subscription Terms
Paid packages (Weekly, Monthly, 3-Months) are billed upfront in Kenyan Shillings. Payments via M-Pesa, card or bank transfer are non-refundable except where required by law. Packages auto-expire at the end of their term unless renewed.
6. Advertisement Approval
AnzaOne reserves the right to approve, edit, reject or remove any listing at its sole discretion, including for breaches of these Terms or for any reason it deems necessary to protect users.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
The AnzaOne name, logo, design and software are owned by AnzaOne and protected by Kenyan and international IP laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the Platform without written consent.
8. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of the content you post but grant AnzaOne a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute and promote that content on the Platform and through our marketing channels.
9. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, without notice, for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of other users, or where required by law or a competent authority.
10. Limitation of Liability
AnzaOne is a venue connecting buyers, sellers and service providers. We are not a party to any transaction and are not liable for any loss, damage or dispute arising from listings or off-platform dealings between users.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data in line with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
